Mishal Al-Otaibi Saudi Gazette RIYADH — A Yemeni in his 30s allegedly murdered a Bangladeshi resident following a dispute over a recharge card. The dispute erupted inside the housing of a factory on Dirab Road of Dharma governorate, 50 km west of Riyadh. Dharma police and criminal investigation teams questioned the suspect's compatriots working in the factory. They told the officers that the man, a residency law violator, was about to flee the country through Wadi Al-Dawaser Road. The police tracked phone calls made by the suspect, identified his location and arrested him. The factory owner was found to be harboring infiltrators despite knowing that they were illegal residents. He is currently facing investigation. Meanwhile, a Bangladeshi worker has been arrested by Qatif police and charged with killing his employer and burying him in a farm, Al-Hayat newspaper reported on Sunday. The employer, identified as Zaki Al-Ashour, had an altercation with his Bangladeshi employee at his farm over farming related issues. This led to a heated argument which ended when the worker grabbed a brick and hit the employer on the head, killing him on the spot. Then he tied the employer's hands and feet and buried him in a remote area on the farm. After finishing the deed, he took a shower, changed his clothes, and had breakfast as if nothing had happened. Eastern Province police spokesman said the victim was 50 years old and had been missing for five days. Investigations narrowed down the suspicions on the 40-year-old worker.
