Hail police arrest teenager for murder

HAIL — Police here have arrested a teenager suspected of murdering a 22-year-old in the south of the city, a local newspaper reported.
Abdulaziz Al-Zenaidi, spokesman for Hail police, said a citizen reported the murder of his son by a 17-year-old youth.
A search and investigation unit of the Hail police arrested the suspect within six hours of the crime.
Al-Zenaidi said the teenager, who was not identified, confessed to killing the victim during an altercation.
The suspect was referred to a juvenile detention center, pending further investigations. — SG
