DUBAI – To celebrate the auspicious occasion of 30 years of operational success, Pinar, the leading food and beverage producer in Europe and the Middle East, launched a campaign on Pinar playing an important role in peoples' daily lives. A social media competition with the theme ‘share your Pinar moments' commenced in November 2012 as part of the campaign. The competition invited individuals to share their memories of Pinar, and any affinity the felt with the brand by placing personalized and creative content, such as poems, picture, videos, and songs, on Pinar Arabia Twitter and Facebook pages. The winner of the competition, Rania Mohammad Khairallah, a 36 year old Palestinian who was born and raised in Saudi Arabia, visited Turkey with her brother to meet Bugra Gulsoy, a famed Turkish actor, currently starring in Awdet Muhannad”, a Turkish TV serial. Rania was chosen out of over 4000 people that participated in the ‘share your moments' competition for her loyalty to the Pinar brand, her dedication, and keen participation on the social media portals.
