RIYADH – Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) offered business sector with unlimited use of BlackBerry Enterprise Service (BES) while roaming under a promotion until April 9, 2013, and it includes unlimited use of BlackBerry instant messaging (IM), push Email, browser, and social media websites for monthly fees of SR 374. BlackBerry roaming service covers the entire world as Mobily is linked with roaming agreements with most telecom operators worldwide to expand its coverage. The promotion comes to highlight the company's focus on its business sector, as it recorded last year an increase of 71 percent. The offer emphasizes Mobily's vision to provide innovative services to enrich customers' lives, whereas this promotion enables subscribers to be freely connected when they are abroad with an unlimited BlackBerry and data package. Meanwhile, Mobily is successful in promoting innovation concept to subscribers through its products and solutions, according to a survey conducted by a global specialized research company. The survey that covered 87 percent of subscribers shows that participants believe that Mobily is an innovative company, while 82 percent of them said Mobily is an important element that keeps them ahead in their lives. A sample estimated to be 74 percent of participants said Mobily delivers innovative products to its customers, while 51 percent believe that Mobily offers unique services. The study also shows that 61 percent of customers said that Mobily is the first to launch new products and services.
