Sharks, PDK, Malik XI, Zalmi qualify

JEDDAH — Saudi German Hospital, Hyderabad Sharks and Pepsi Deccan Knights triumphed over their respective opponents, while Saddam (100 not out), Bilal (150), Shad Khan (100) excelled with bat during the penultimate week matches of Bonny Super League sponsored by Bonny and organized by Jeddah Cricket Association (JCA).
Saddam scored an outstanding century (100 not out, 30 balls, 4x10, 6x9) and Shehzad remained unbeaten on off 24 balls to post an opening partnership of 153 and give Hyderabad Sharks a 10-wicket win against Thales.
Bilal of Saudi German Hospital rattled a classy century (150, 57 balls 4x11, 6x14) which proved too much for sponsors team Bonny, despite Shad Khan's 100 runs and 3 for 64.
Tight bowling in tandem by Ishaq (3 for 15) and Usman (2 for 25) and a fine all-round show by Athar (40 not out and 3 for 13) enabled Pepsi Deccan Knights to win by 5 wickets over CH XI.

Hyderabad Sharks beat Thales Cricket Club by 10 wickets. Thales 149 for 9 (Hyder 22 not out, Illyas 21, Hamza 2 for 27, Shehzad 2 for 15). Hyderabad Sharks 153 for no loss in 9.1 overs (Saddam 100 not out, Shehzad 49 not out). Man of Match: Saddam.
Saudi German Hospital beat Bonny by 36 runs. Saudi German Hospital 278 for 5 (Bilal 150, Rafaqath 34 not out, Shad 3 for 64). Bonny 242 for 6 (Shad 100, Samad 47 not out, Rafaqath 2 for 33). Man of Match: Bilal.
Pepsi Deccan Knights beat CH XI by 5 wickets. CH XI 119 all out (Nasir 27, Tariq 20, Athar 3 for 13, Ishaq 3 for 15). Pepsi Deccan Knight 120 for 5 in 15.1 overs (Athar 40 not out, Zulfiqar 2 for 17). Man of Match: Athar.
