The General Court in Riyadh topped in performance above all other courts in the country in the past 100 days. The court carried out 126,342 transactions during the period, revealed the Business Intelligence Platform of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). The Riyadh Enforcement Court came second with a total of 126,231 transactions, followed by the Jeddah General Court with 84,530, the Jeddah Enforcement Court with 76,172, and the Riyadh Personal Status Court with 70,286 transactions. The ministry had earlier launched a competition among its various agencies by publishing performance data through its social media accounts, which motivated many of those agencies to step up their performance and add extra time to the official working hours. Aiming to inspire competitiveness among its staff, the ministry has used its Twitter account to reveal the first of the facilities to start work. — SG
