The all-new 2013 Cadillac ATS impressed UAE consumers. Cadillac offered recently 12-day unprecedented chance for UAE consumers to test drive the luxury sports sedan in the heart of Dubai's International bustling Financial Center (DIFC). During the campaign that ended on Feb. 28, two Cadillac booths were set up at both valet parking entrances of the DIFC. A total of three Cadillac ATS models – each boasting the award winning 3.6-liter V6 gasoline engine with 321 horsepower and 373 Nm of torque – were test driven. The ATS – developed on an all-new, lightweight rear-drive architecture – reflects the new expression of Cadillac's Art & Science execution philosophy, centered on a foundation of driving dynamics and mass efficiency. A driver-focused interior with integrated technology and crafted materials complements the ATS' driving experience. It is also offered with CUE (Cadillac User Experience) – a comprehensive, in-vehicle experience that merges intuitive design with auto industry-first controls and commands for information and entertainment data. At the heart of CUE is the eight-inch LCD multi-touch sensitive screen, which is seamlessly integrated into the top of the central instrument panel. A motorized, fully capacitive faceplate at the bottom conceals a 1.8L storage area. In addition, the vehicle's capacitive technology uses electrodes to sense the conductive properties of objects, such as a finger. “This innovative Cadillac campaign is all about providing consumers with a truly unique and convenient test drive environment – outside of the dealership – so that they can discover the vehicle's incredible features firsthand," said Nadim Ghrayeb, Cadillac Brand Manager at General Motors Middle East. “It is perfectly in line with our mission to deliver exceptional standards of service and unparalleled experiences." The groundbreaking initiative was organized in collaboration with Liberty Automobiles – General Motors' exclusive authorized dealer for Cadillac in the UAE. — SG
