JEDDAH — Police have detained an Arab national wanted for forging post graduate certificates and selling them. He collected money from many individuals who wanted to study abroad and then disappeared. Police received several complaints of his activity and his description was circulated to all police stations Kingdomwide. He was captured in a border town while trying to flee the country. Spokesman for Jeddah police First Lt. Nawaf Al-Bouq said the accused is being detained in Jazan.
