MADINAH — A premeditated hit-and-run in Al-Qiblatain neighborhood has shaken Madinah residents. A 19-year-old male deliberately ran over a 31-year-old man after a heated dispute, causing his death. Witnesses said the victim was standing in front of a shop, when the offender turned his car around and ran him over. Al-Faisaliyah police station received an alert on the incident and officers converged on the scene. They found the car partially inside the shop structure, with blood scattered around. The body was transported to the mortuary and investigations are still under way with the driver.
