The PWC hosted a farewell dinner reception for Syed Bashir Ahmed at a local restaurant. The event started with a welcome speech by PWC's patron-in-chief Faiz Al-Najdi. Al-Najdi described Ahmed as a gentleman who was a man of many virtues. He told Ahmed that he would always be remembered for his loyalty and commitment to the PWC. Ahmed thanked PWC members, especially current president Choudhry Rehmat Ali, for hosting a farewell dinner and reception in his honor. He said although he was leaving Saudi Arabia for good, his heart and mind would always remain in the Kingdom. Ahmed worked in the printing and publishing section of King Saud University, managing and proofreading the university's business publications. — SG
