CAIRO – The Council of Arab Information Ministers has elected Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz Khoja as president of the Council's Executive Bureau for a period of two years. He was chosen during the 44th session of the Council, which began at the Arab League headquarters here on Tuesday. Council's President Ali Al-Amrani, Minister of Information of Yemen, chaired the meeting. Egypt's Minister of Information Salah Abdul Maqsud was named deputy president. The bureau also comprises information ministers from UAE, Jordan, Bahrain, Qatar, Iraq and Libya as its members. — SPA
