Fahd Al-Mutairi Okaz/Saudi Gazette JEDDAH – Municipal officials have removed 48 structures from encroached public land in south Bahra. Mazin Al-Maqati, chairman of the land encroachment committee at the municipality, said the committee has zero tolerance for land encroachment and warned citizens against building structures on any land for which they do not possess proper ownership deeds. “Citizens must not buy or sell land without title deeds,” he added. The committee will continue to keep a close eye on land encroachments and will fine all violators, he said.
