RIYADH — A website that will give readers access to a series of articles written by Islamic scholars from the Indian subcontinent was launched at a function in Riyadh recently. The website, najeebqasmi.com, is the brainchild of Mohammed Najeeb Qasmi. The function started with a recitation of the Holy Qur'an before Uzair Ahmed Qasmi, general secretary of Ned-Delhi Islamic organization Markazi Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind, launched the website. Qasmi then discussed the website in detail. The website will offer an electronic library of 100 articles on various topics that is easily accessible to general readers and highlight the contribution of Islamic scholars from the subcontinent. — SG
