RIYADH – Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Nassar, president of the Board of Grievances, said the board has so far not paid any compensation to those who have been accused of drug trafficking and later exonerated. He added if this should happen to anyone, they should file for compensation at the board. These statements were made during Al-Nassar's recent visit to the Anti-Drug Enforcement Directorate in Riyadh. He was briefed by the director, Maj. Gen. Othman Al-Mahraj, on the methods used by drug traffickers and dealers and the amounts of drugs that have been seized by the directorate over the past three years. Al-Nassar described the directorate as one of the most important security organizations that protect society from drug traffickers. He thanked the director and all personnel for their continued efforts to foil drug trafficking.
