MUMBAI — Sridevi's comeback film “English Vinglish” has proved life-changing. The veteran actress said many women came up to her to tell her so. “A lot of people and especially ladies approach me. Wherever I go, people even tell me I have changed their lives,” she said, according to NDTV.com. She added that after watching the movie, many of her daughter's friends also apologized to their parents for being mean. The actress, 49, headlined the film about a housewife who learns English, changing her family's outlook toward her. It was directed by Gauri Shinde. — SG
