Abdulmajeed Al-Dowaini Okaz/Saudi Gazette MADINAH — Drivers on Al-Hijrah and Second Ring Road of the city, were surprised to find two Civil Defense vehicles in the scrapyard. The spokesman of Madinah Civil Defense, Col. Khalid Al-Jihani, said that a Civil Defense had visited the yard and confirmed the vehicles' presence. He said that a Saudi had previously purchased these two vehicles during a Civil Defense auction. The Civil Defense had removed its logo from the vehicles as well as all the equipment before they were auctioned off. The Saudi apparently sold the two vehicles as scrap.
