RIYADH – French President François Hollande will visit the Kingdom early next year, said French Ambassador to the Kingdom Bertrand Besancenot during a reception organized to celebrate the Carrefour French week here Monday night. The ambassador told Saudi Gazette that Hollande has visited the Kingdom once, but this is his first official visit. “He will be accompanied by a large delegation of ministers, senior officials and businessmen,” said Besancenot. Addressing a gathering of diplomats and senior Saudi officials at his residence, Besancenot said: “Our partnership with the Kingdom will get a great boost by this visit.” A further impetus to bilateral ties will be provided by the first Saudi-French business forum scheduled to take place in Paris next April, he added.
