PODGORICA, Montenegro — Montenegro's parliament has approved a new government, appointing long-serving politician Milo Djukanovic to his seventh term as the small Balkan country's prime minister. Djukanovic, whose 16-member cabinet has a few new names, said late Tuesday that his government's priority will be economic recovery and continued EU and NATO membership negotiations. Djukanovic already has served in the past both as president and prime minister since becoming the youngest head of government in Europe at the age of 29 in 1991. — AP
