MADINAH — Madinah police arrested three youths who had been suspected of stealing 20 cars in 40 days in different neighborhoods of the holy city. Police received many complaints of car thefts and a surveillance team was formed. The culprits were arrested and are being questioned. Spokesman for Madinah police Fahad Al-Ghannam said the youths stole cars and took them for joy rides and drag racing. They would then abandon the cars in remote areas.
