BOGOTA, Colombia — Argentine club Tigre and Brazil's Sao Paulo will meet in the two-leg final of the Copa Sudamericana. Tigre drew 1-1 at Colombian club Millonarios late Thursday. The first leg was scoreless, and Tigre advanced on the away goal rule. Mariano Echeverria scored in the 65th minute and Jorge Perlaza leveled late for the Colombian side. Sao Paulo reached the final on Wednesday with a 0-0 draw against Universidad Catolica of Chile. Sao Paulo also advanced on an away goal on the strength of a 1-1 draw in the first leg in Chile. The final will be played on Dec. 5 in Argentina and Dec. 12 in Brazil. — AP
