JEDDAH – Following the official launch of Yemenia Airways' weekly flights to Al Madinah Al Monawara, Saudi Arabia, commencing in January 2013, the carrier has expressed interest in exploring opportunities with Elaf hotels in Madinah to provide value-added hospitality and tourism services to its passengers, particularly tourists traveling for religious purposes. The airline will be flying non-stop to Madinah once a week from Aden International Airport to Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd International Airport in Al Madina Al Monawara. Sami Al-Dhubaei, Area Manager of Yemenia Airways, said that travelers from Aden will be flying on a Boeing 777-200 LR aircraft. “We look forward to connecting Aden travelers with the holy city of Madinah, which is one of the most important cities in the world,” he said. The airline further expressed its strong interest to partner with Elaf hotels in Madinah because of its quality accommodation as well as its catering services.
