MANILA — Piolo Pascual is hoping Shaina Magdayao takes on the role of his wife in the new action film “OTJ (On The Job).” The drama actor plays an agent of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in the film directed by Erik Matti. He said Magdayao, who is being romantically linked to the actor since October, is their choice for the role of his wife. “(She will portray my wife) only if she accepts the role. We're crossing our fingers,” Pascual said in an interview, according to Push.com.ph. “OTJ” also stars Gerald Anderson as a hitman and Michael de Mesa as Pascual's father-in-law with whom he has a conflict. — SG
