ZURICH — Real Madrid's Iker Casillas and Chelsea's Petr Cech are among the five goalkeepers shortlisted by FIFA and FIFPro for their annual World-XI squad. Casillas is looking to win for the fifth time in a row after the 31-year-old Spain keeper won a second European Championship title and the Spanish league with Madrid. Cech helped Chelsea win the Champions League and the FA Cup last season. Also on the list announced Monday are Bayern Munich's Manuel Neuer, Manchester City keeper Joe Hart and Juventus' Gianuigi Buffon. Bayern finished runner-up in the Champions League, while City and Juventus both won their domestic league titles. The winner will be announced at the FIFA Ballon d'Or Gala on Jan. 7 2013. Ibrahimovic, Barcelona on top Goal of the decade. Best goal of all time. Goal of the century. The Associated Press' global panel of football voters agreed on one thing: Zlatan Ibrahimovic's four-goal spree for Sweden against England last week and his amazing 25-yard overhead kick goal made him the overwhelming choice to top the AP Global 10 football rankings. The Paris Saint-Germain striker collected an astonishing 199 points — out of a possible 200 — from the panel of 20 journalists around the world. Each voter awards 10 points for his choice of the best player and team of the week, falling to one point for 10th place. Messi, who usually tops the rankings, trailed far behind Ibrahimovic in second place with 138 points despite scoring twice in Barcelona's 3-1 victory over Real Zaragoza. Liverpool forward Luis Suarez was third with 75 points. AC Milan striker Stephan El Shaarawy was fourth after scoring twice to earn his team a draw against Napoli and Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema shone in a 5-1 victory, earning him fifth place. Barcelona jumped back into the top spot in team rankings, three points ahead of Italian club Fiorentina, which won praise from panelists after it moved into third place in Serie A with a 4-1 victory over Atalanta — featuring two goals from Alberto Aquilani. — Agencies
