Not everyone's a fan of the new Microsoft operating system, but new computers come preloaded with it. Thanks to software though, there's no reason to let Microsoft dictate the user experience. Thinix has just released a software utility called RetroUI. This application includes “RetroUI Enforce" technology which brings back the Windows taskbar and Start button when the Windows 8 Start screen is active.
