Emirates launches attractive Eid packages to Dubai

RIYADH – Dubai shopping and entertainment festival and Eid in Dubai is around the corner once again and Emirates, key sponsor and official carrier, is offering attractive special fares for visitors from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the holiday period.
Valid from October 15 until November 15, the packages offer customers across the kingdom a choice to fly to Dubai with Emirates at a very attractive fares.
To avail this offer, bookings must be made between now and November 15 for a minimum 3-day stay and a maximum of 14 days.
As an added attraction, all malls across Dubai are gearing up to welcome shoppers and holiday-makers 24 hours a day during the Eid festivities. This year, the customary four-day period has been extended to two weeks.
“We invite our brothers and sisters of Saudi Arabia to visit Dubai during the upcoming Eid Al Adha festival to take advantage of our exciting offer and enjoy shopping around the clock, among many other activities. The hospitality and unique cultural experience that Dubai has to offer will make their holidays more than just a vacation,” said Adil Al Ghaith, Emirates Vice President Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
“We continue to offer our passengers superb value for money with our excellent network and innovative on-board products and services and expect this offer to be well received by our customers,” added Al Ghaith.
Dubai is globally renowned for its vast selection of retail stores spanning 70 malls, including the world's largest, Dubai Mall, which also houses the children's adventure venue, Kidzania. The city draws large numbers of shoppers from countries within the region and from Europe, Africa and the Indian Subcontinent.
Apart from shopping malls, Dubai has become an established center for sports events, concerts and an increasing number of cultural activities, such as the Emirates Airline International Festival of Literature. The city has an impressive display of futuristic architecture and is currently the home of the famous former Cunard ocean liner, Queen Elizabeth 2.
Emirates currently offers 17 weekly flights from Riyadh to Dubai and 19 weekly flights to Jeddah with the airlines flagship Airbus A380. Emirates also flies once daily to Dammam and Al Madinah Al Munawwarah.
Emirates is one of the worlds fastest growing airlines and has already launched 11 new destinations in 2012. Later this year, Emirates will launch a further three destinations; Adelaide on November 1, Lyon on December 5 and Phuket on December 10.
Passengers traveling with Emirates benefit from a generous baggage allowance of 30kg in Economy Class, 40kg in Business Class and 50kg in First Class.
