NEWYORK — Chat show queen Oprah Winfrey has topped Forbes magazine's list of highest paid women by earning USD 165 million between May 2011 to May 2012, according to a report published on NDTV.com.
Winfrey has been named the highest paid celebrity for the fourth year in a row by the magazine. Her estimated net worth is around USD 2.7 billion.
Second in line is Britney Spears, who made a comeback with her judging stint on The X Factor. Spears has reportedly earned USD 58 million between May 2011 and May 2012.
Taylor Swift,22, the youngest lady on the list, has earned USD 57 million between May 2011 and May 2012 and is safely placed at number 3. She is followed by Rihanna and Ellen DeGeneres on number four. – Agencies
