The pardon covers the Hijra year 1433. The committee tasked with the release of prisoners of public rights is studying the files of the prisoners who meet the conditions for release in preparation to complete necessary procedures. Prince Mishal Bin Majed, Governor of Jeddah, said he directed the committee to double its efforts to finish reviewing the files of all eligible prisoners quickly.
