Mona Rahman JEDDAH – Students of Pakistan International School, Jeddah (English Section) celebrated the Saudi National Day with great fervor, as they consider the Kingdom as their second home. Addressing the audience the school's principal, Sen. Sehar Kamran, said: “Today we are celebrating the 82nd National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The relationship between the two countries is based on love, respect and care for each other, and with time these relations have strengthened. People of Pakistan have always felt a special reverence for Saudi Arabia as the birthplace of Islam. We share common values and religion and our relations enjoy high esteem.” The event included a presentation on development in Saudi Arabia followed by cultural programs, including Saudi patriotic songs. – SG
