Pakistani government officials this week visited the Pakistan International School Jeddah – English Section (PISJ-ES) to discuss educational developments and the institution's progress. Nisar Ahmed Khoro, Speaker Sindh Assembly, Muhammad Sajid Jokhio, Minister Religious Affairs and Zakat in Sindh Province, and Rana Mohammad Farooq Saeed Khan, Federal Minister for Textile and Industry, visited the school and assured the staff of their full support. Receiving the officials, Sehar Kamran, Acting Principal, recalled the great contribution of Benazir Bhutto towards the cause of education. PISJ-ES, she said, was founded by Benazir Bhutto and it was her vision to provide high quality education to the children of expatriate Pakistanis working in Saudi Arabia. She gave approval for the establishment of the institution in 1995, Kamran recalled. Delegates praised the high standard of the school and the efforts of Kamran and her team for creating a patriotic environment and providing excellent educational facilities to Pakistani students. Khoro hoped that the students would carry forward the mission of the Pakistani government by contributing towards the cause of education with sincerity and devotion.”
