AL-BAHA – Prince Ahmed Bin Abdul Aziz, Minister of Interior, said on Saturday that he could not confirm a suspected terrorist who was killed in a recent operation in Yemen was on the Interior Ministry's list of most wanted men. Speaking to reporters after attending a function to distribute Al-Baha Prize for Creativity and Excellence, Prince Ahmed said the arrival of the body “does not mean anything because the body of a Muslim can be buried in any Muslim country.” “We pray to Allah to guide the rest to the right path and leave the path of evil because they are transgressing Allah's orders and there is aggression against others. What they are doing is forbidden (haram), according to Allah's Book and the traditions of His Prophet (peace be upon him),” the Interior Minister said. “They should seek religious edicts from the right people to understand that they are misguided and their deeds are incorrect,” the prince added. Prince Ahmed distributed the prizes to the winners. He was the guest of honor at the ceremony, which was held at the Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz Grand Hall of King Abdul Aziz Cultural Center. There were 64 male and female winners of the prize in its first year. The prize's branches included the Holy Qur'an and Prophet's Sunnah, academic excellence, personality of the cultural year, and literary and artistic creativity. – SG/SPA
