Ali Samman Okaz/Saudi Gazette AL-BAHA — Members of the Commission to Promote Virtue and Prevent Vice (Hai'a) who were suspended from work and arrested by police in Baljurashi following their alleged involvement in a fatal high-speed car chase have returned to work after being cleared of all charges against them. They were investigated after being accused of sparking the chase that resulted in the death of Abdul Rahman Al-Ghamdi. It was reported that the Hai'a members and police were chasing Al-Ghamdi's car. However, the Administrative Court in Makkah, which held an inquiry into the incident, heard the Hai'a members did not participate in the chase, according to a statement issued by the Al-Baha governorate. Prince Mishari Bin Saud, Emir of Al-Baha Region, ordered at the end of Ramadan the release of the Hai'a members while the Administrative Court looks into the case and gives its final decision.
