Ahmed Al-Aryani Okaz/ Saudi Gazette FLORIDA — Dr. Modi Bint Abdullah Al-Khalaf has been appointed assistant attaché for cultural and social affairs in the United States. Al-Khalaf was the director of cultural and social administration at the Saudi mission in Washington. She had held several posts at the Ministry of Higher Education. Al-Khalaf expressed thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Higher Education and the Saudi Cultural Attaché for their trust and hoped that this would give her an opportunity to serve Saudi students in the US. She said the appointment of Saudi women in key positions abroad is an important step.
