DHAKA — A Saudi security delegation arrived in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Wednesday to follow up investigations to the assassination of Saudi diplomat Khalaf Al-Ali. The delegation met with the Bangladeshi minister of interior in the presence of Dr. Abdullah Nasser Al-Bassiri, Kingdom's Ambassador to Bangladesh. The minister briefed the delegation about the developments in Ali's case, stressing that the achievements were possible because of the attention given to the case by the Bangladeshi government of Prime Minister Hasina Wajed, in coordination with the Saudi Embassy in Dhaka. The team held a series of meetings with senior Bangladeshi police officials. This is the second time that the delegation has visited Bangladesh since the assassination in March this year. – SG/SPA
