Isn't it amazing to see a superpower benefactor seeking help from its beneficiary? Ifone clearly follows what both US democrat and Republican candidates say they will do once they are elected, one would wonder whether this is a US or Israeli presidential election! Before Mitt Romney embarked on his campaign to Israel, US president Obama signed a comprehensive pact to “save” Israel from all dangers, as if there is an immediate threat to its existence. At the same time, the Republican candidate Romney has declared that Jerusalem is the sole and undivided capital of Israel contrary to UN resolutions and the international norm. We have read many interesting articles, coming out of the US, about how American congressmen and senators live under constant threat from the Jewish lobby and media, deprived of their freedom of speech in the country of the free. What guarantee is there that US presidents are not subjected to the same threat? There is increasing Zionist pressure on US presidential candidates as the November elections draw near. In fact it is more like an Israeli presidential election than an American presidential election and the issues of importance to the poor American voters are simply ignored.
