Mishal Al-Otaibi Saudi Gazette RIYADH – The father of a young man who was hit by a car drifter 10 days ago has offered a financial reward for information leading to the capture of the driver nicknamed Hawzat. Fahd Al-Otaibi's son, Ibrahim, has been in a coma in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital in Riyadh ever since he was struck by the out-of-control driver in the capital's Al-Naseem neighborhood. Al-Otaibi said he wanted the culprit to be arrested as soon as possible and be put on trial. A group of young men familiar with Hawzat, said he was known for resisting police and once shot at patrol car and had evaded capture numerous times. Police say eyewitnesses reported that Hawzat had hit Ibrahim and fled the scene. Attempts to arrest him are underway.
