She had already signed a pre-nuptial agreement giving up all claims to his cash or property in the event of a divorce. But the 33-year-old Katie won the only thing she really valued from their relationship – her six-year-old daughter Suri. In an out-of-court settlement with the Mission: Impossible star, she was granted sole custody. Under the deal, the youngster will live in New York with her – and any contact with her dad will be strictly supervised to ensure she is not “indoctrinated" by his Scientology beliefs. — Agencies
