MADINAH – Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Majed, Emir of Madinah region who is also the chairman of the higher committee for celebrating Madinah as the Capital of Islamic Culture for 2013, has issued directives to form a number of sub-committees to make the occasion a grand success. Earlier, the prince had directed to reconstitute the higher committee under his chairmanship and to hold its first meeting in the first half of Ramadan. — SPA
