The Philippine Embassy has announced the 2nd Nationwide Search for the Happiest Pinoy. The Project envisioned by Cebuana Lhuillier Insurance Solutions (CLIS) in coordination with several Philippine government institutions aims to look for, and recognize the most cheerful and optimistic Filipino who remarkably exhibited resilience amidst life's constant and who has made a significant impact in the lives of others. The search is open to Filipinos 10 years old and above or organizations or groups registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission. To nominate, one may secure online nomination forms and upload entries to the Happiest Pinoy website and submit accomplished form to the CLIS Head Office at 821 A. Spring cor. J.P. Rizal St., Makati. The nominations will be accepted till July 31. The “Happiest Pinoy” winner will receive a cash prize of P250,000 and a trophy and the nine runners-up will receive P25,000 each and trophy. The “Happiest Pinoy” will be announced during a gala dinner on September 25 at Shangri-la Makati. They will also be presented to the media.
