Samsung brings the future of smart TV to the Saudi market

SAMSUNG Electronics Co., Ltd., a global leader in digital media and digital convergence technologies, brought the future to the Saudi market by the recent launching of its newest and never seen before Smart TV lineup in Saudi Arabia. The unveiling was held at Jeddah's Red Seal Mall, allowing consumers a first hand and unique experience to the next unprecedented generation of home entertainment unveiled before the world.
The 2012 line up of Smart TVs are more intuitive, connected and adaptable to the industry's rapid pace of innovation defined under three main pillars: Smart Interaction, Smart Content and Smart Innovation. The concept of "Living Smart" is a dream no more, as Samsung has transformed its promise to reality by providing such record breaking, advanced technology and raised the caliber of home entertainment.
Being the global TV market leader for six consecutive years, Samsung has reiterated on how its 2012 Smart TVs and content strategies promise continued innovation and excellence, which will help the company maintain its strong market lead and premium brand identity both locally and globally. Regionally, Samsung TV has achieved 26 percent growth in sales revenue and 26 percent growth in unit sales of total TV in 2011.
