Ittihad to take on Wehdah for title

Ittihad will take on Wehdah for the championship Friday in the 18th Saudi Basketball playoffs at the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Sports Complex here.
Ittihad defeated Ahli, Ohud, and Ansar to reach the final. It beat Ahli 69-67 Thursday in a close match to earn a berth in the final.
Wehdah topped Ansar to make the championship match. It earned its spot with some good inside play and great shooting to rout Ansar 76-60.
Wehdah won its first two games and was able to rest for one day before playing the semifinal.
In the first game at 5 P.M., Ahli plays Ansar for third and fourth places. The championship game is at 7 P.M. __
