AWAL IT Services, a subsidiary of Saudi Telecom Group, and a leading IT services provider, has provided technical support and sponsorship to the 4-day Saudi Decoration & Construction Exhibition which concludes today (Wednesday). This year's exhibition, held under Prince Mishaal Bin Majed Bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Jeddah, received more than 500 exhibitors along with a number of experts from government and private sectors who showcased the latest and leading solutions in terms of construction tools and machinery, decor designs and landscapes among others. Participants came from China, Egypt, Turkey, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, the Netherlands, Spain and the UAE, as well as a number of local companies, to underline the importance and attractiveness of the local market and its position on the global map. The premier event which boasted a large exhibition space that amounted to 20,000 square meters, hosted a number of concurrent networking activities which addressed the latest developments and challenges facing the sector. AWAL's sponsorship for the event, held at the Jeddah International Centre for Forums and Events, underlines the company's commitment toward supporting the growth and development of the local construction and decoration industries and keeping up with all its developments, in addition to its contributions in supporting community development and employing IT sector's potential to meet the growth requirements and benefit from available opportunities.
