Maazco, MHA win

The sixth week matches of Jotun League for Division 2, sponsored by Jotun Saudi Arabia and organized by Jeddah Cricket Association (JCA), saw Mohamed Harasani Architects (MHA) beat IBS by seven wickets, Maazco beat Reel & Rom by 28 runs and Hyderabad Green notched up a two-wicket win over KAIA here.
Batting first IBS was shot out for 121 runs, which MHA scored for the loss of three wickets. For IBS Shakeel made 35, while Umair hit 26. Khalil and Khalid claimed two wickets each for 13 and 17 runs, respectively. Atta and Shad bagged a wicket each. MHA scored 122 runs in nine overs. Shad Mohammad hit a hurricane 48 (5x6 and 3x4) off only 11 balls and Miraj 40 (6x4) off 16 balls. Nisar picked up 2-28 as MHA won by seven wickets.
The second match saw Maazco being bundled out for 134, but Reel & Rom fared even worse as it was sent packing for 106 runs. The main contributors for Maazco were Sabir 30, Mahmood 22 and Usman 22. Imran took 3-24 and Muneer 2-20, while Frankie picked up 1-8. In reply Reel & Rom was bundled out for 106 with Wajid being the lone contributor with 50. Rehan battled hard for his 19. Mahmood 3-20, Sabir 3-10 and Zeeshan 1-17 bowled a tight line and length to dismiss Reel & Rom cheaply to hand Maazco a well-deserved 28run win.
The third encounter saw KAIA make 171-5 with Majid scoring 100 off 47 balls and Sajid chipping in with 20. Ashfaq 4-19 and Abdullah 1-44 applied the brakes. In reply Hyderabad Green reached the target of 172 after losing eight wickets. Khalid hit a solid 50 as nice contributions came from Shoaib (27) and Najeeb (27 not out). Mahboob and Noor chipped in with two wickets each. Farman and Ajaz picked up a wicket each as Hyderabad Green reached the target with an over to spare.
