The delegation of Saudi youth which is participating in the Saudi Indian Youth Forum, attended an advanced scientific lecture on stem cells in the auditorium of the International Business Administration College here, Thursday. The delegation is being led by Dr. Yousif Bin Trad Al-Sadoon, undersecretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Economic and Cultural Affairs in India. The college dean in his inaugural speech welcomed the Saudi youth and expressed his delight at their scientific temperament which he noted while interacting with them. A group of prominent professors in the field participated in the lecture and highlighted the latest developments made in the area of stem cells. The dean said, “The youths act as messengers of peace for the interfaith initiative of King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.” Dr. Al-Sadoon expressed his gratitude to the former Indian president, Dr. Abdul Kalam and conveyed to him King Abdullah's greetings and appreciation. Dr. Abdul Kalam said, “King Abdullah is a great man and the entire world has great respect and appreciation for him.” The Saudi delegation's visit which is sponsored by the Foreign Ministry comes within the framework of creating cultural, educational and humanitarian bridges with the world's nations according to the principles of the Islamic faith. The tour is meant to enable Saudi youth to convey a message of peace and love to all peace-loving people in the world.
