King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, thanked the National Commercial Bank (NCB) recently for supporting the 27th Janadriya Festival in Riyadh. Abdullah Bahamdan, the chairman of the NCB's board of directors, said he also wanted to thank the King for sponsoring the annual festival, which is aimed at highlighting the country's heritage and values. He said the festival not only highlights the Kingdom's past but also the rich history of the Arab world. The festival's “cultural, intellectual, scientific, artistic and heritage activities reflect the civilized attitude of the Kingdom”, he added. Abdulkareem Abulnaser, the NCB chief executive, said the bank wanted to associate itself and its shareholders with an event that serves the country and promotes Islamic values. __
