KFSH Riyadh Warriors, Pak Shaheen in finals of Western Union event

The quarterfinals and semifinals were played in Western Union T20 Tournament, which is organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA) and sponsored by the Western Union.
In Al Kharj League Semifinals, KFSH Riyadh Warriors beat Sama Steel by 3 wickets in a last-ball thriller. Sama Steel managed 192/9. Rizwan added 47, Ramzan 45 and Ejaz 32. Mateen Abbasi was the pick of the bowlers with 3 wickets. Iftikhar and Munawar picked up 2 wickets each. KFSH Riyadh Warriors required 4 runs of the last ball of the match and Imtiaz Ahmed hit a boundary to seal his team's win. Earlier, Ayaz Shah steadied the innings with a brilliant 100 of 59 balls while Amjad Ali added 48. Nazir, Asif and Rizwan bagged 2 wickets each. Man of the Match: Ayaz Shah.
In the second semifinal, Pak Shaheen thrashed Lahore Badshah by 9 wickets. Lahore Badshah posted 193/9. Yassir added 30 and Nawaz 28. Abdulaziz took 3 wickets while Abdulwahab and Abdul Waheed took 2 wickets each. Pak Shaheen won the match with ease in 11.2 overs. Abdul Waheed remained unbeaten on 102 while Faisal Khan added 76. Man of the Match: Abdul Waheed.
In Huraymala League Quarterfinals, Pak Force beat FAST CC by 6 wickets.
FAST CC scored 183. Zubair added 55 and Basharat 28. Mudassar Iqbal picked 3 wickets and Kashif Mirza 2. Pak Force got past the target in 18.5 overs. Mohsin Rasool added 64 and Zohaib Iqbal 57. Man of the Match: Mohsin Rasool.
Fonte Star beat Cricket SAMARWA by 5 runs. Fonte Star posted 198/5. Waseem Jutt topscored with 100. Shoaib and Ahsan got 2 wickets each. In reply Cricket SAMARWA managed 193/8. Ahsan added 47 and Yasin 37. Ghulam, Taha and Abdulrahim picked up 2 wickets each. Man of the Match: Waseem Jutt.
Falcons CC beat Roadecho Stallions by 48 runs. Falcons posted 187/8.
Farrukh Saeed added 75 and Farhan Mushtaq 33. Ayaz, Sohail and Adnan picked up 2 wickets each. Stallions were all out for 139. Adnan added 27. Sirajuddin and Ateeq secured 3 wickets each while Sajjad bagged 2 wickets. Man of the Match: Farrukh Saeed.
Al Harbi CC got the better of Riyadh Blues by 7 wickets. Riyadh Blues scored 168. Saleem Masri added 62. Asif Khan and Salman Shahid picked up 3 wickets each while Noor took 2 wickets. Al Harbi CC won the match in 13.2 overs. Farooq added 61, Zahid 32 and Salman Shahid 31. Man of the Match: Salman Shahid.
Semifinals were also played on the same day. In the first semifinal, Pak Force beat Fonte Star by 47 runs. Pak Force posted a huge total of 255/2 thanks mainly to a 185-run opening partnership between Kashif Mirza and Mohsin Rasool. Kashif Mirza played splendidly and scored 152 of 71 balls while Mohsin Rasool added 56. Fonte Star in reply managed 208. Waseem Jutt scored 117 and Iftikhar 50. Mudassar Iqbal picked up 3 wickets while Hammad, Kamal and Amir grabbed 2 wickets each. Man of the Match: Kashif Mirza.
Falcons beat Al Harbi CC by 6 wickets. Al Harbi CC scored 191/8. Noor added 48, Arshad 35 and Zahid 32. Ateeq picked 3 wickets. Falcons passed the target in 19.2 overs. Zahid Rizwi scored 90 and Kamran Akram 36. Wakeel and Noor picked 2 wickets each. Man of the Match: Zahid Rizwi.
