Indian Business Network (SIBN), that works under the aegis of the Consulate General of India, announced the appointment of Abdullah M. Al-Kassabi as its new president. He succeeds Musaab S. Al Muhaidib, general manager of Masdar Building Materials, a leading trading company in steel, timber and aluminum in Saudi Arabia. Abdullah M. Al-Kassabi is the board member of Al-Kassabi Family office and CEO of Saudi Musheera Company Ltd. Abdullah obtained his BS degree in Engineering Management from University of Missouri-Rolla, MO, USA and his MBA from University of Business and Technology, Jeddah, KSA. Al-Kassabi brings with him strong problem-solving abilities. He is excellent in networking and relationship building skills and works easily with all levels of professionals. He is highly skilled as a cross-cultural liaison with knowledge and awareness of Western and Middle Eastern cultures and business customs. He has experience in Saudi Arabia's government agency relations, outstanding verbal and written communication skills and speaks English and Arabic fluently. Indian Ambassador Ahmad Javed is the Patron of SIBN, Indian Consul General Md. Noor Rahman Sheikh is the Vice-Patron and Dr. Mohammed Nurul Hasan, consul (commerce), is the convener of SIBN. The executive management committee includes Vice-President Mohammed Alungal, General Secretary Mir Gazanfar Ali Zaki, Joint Secretary Adnan Ahmad Zagzoog, Treasurer Vijay Soni, Public Relation Officer Sultan Fouad Masoom and Event Coordinators Mohd. Viquar Ahmed and Esa Bin Ayaz Shabibi. SIBN is a professional organization that groups together entrepreneurs, senior executives and professionals from Saudi Arabia and India.
