RIYADH/ABU DHABI — Aldar Properties PJSC, Abu Dhabi›s leading listed property development, investment and management company, will exhibit at the Riyadh Real Estate & Urban Development Exhibition 2017 (RESTATEX) that opens today (April 23).
At the Kingdom's most prominent gathering of real estate investors, Aldar will showcase some of its most exciting projects including Yas Acres, Mayan and The Bridges. RESTATEX will enable Aldar to raise awareness of the investment opportunities offered by Abu Dhabi's real estate market, and Aldar's position as the market's dominant participant.
Abu Dhabi has established itself as a global destination of choice thanks to its array of attractions and action-packed calendar of events; the city was ranked as the third fastest-growing destination in Mastercard's Global Cities Index Report in January 2017. Tourists enjoy everything from Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, to some of the world's most opulent hotels, such as Emirates Palace, and iconic events like the renowned Formula 1 Grand Prix, which takes place on one of the most technologically advanced race circuits.
Using a focused destination-development approach, Aldar has created vibrant communities across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The developer has delivered more than 23,000 high quality homes to date, offering a variety of products to suit all investors. In particular, residential developments on Yas Island, a recognized destination for entertainment and leisure with world-class events and attractions as well as home to the Formula 1 circuit and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, continue to attract investors.
Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chief Executive Officer, Aldar Properties PJSC, said: "Abu Dhabi has, and continues to experience a rapid transformation. Supported by strategic diversification plans, sophisticated infrastructure, and an unrelenting talent pool, the future of the Emirate is bright. Aldar is a committed and dedicated player in Abu Dhabi's evolution, providing the market with the right real estate products at the right time, building on the already strong underlying economic fundamentals."
"Our approach has been successful thus far, demonstrated by strong sales across our destinations, and a diversifying customer base. We have seen an increase in the number of buyers from the GCC, with Saudi Nationals also making up a considerable proportion of our investor base. In response to the interest and sales conversions from investors in Saudi Arabia, we are excited to participate in RESTATEX and to engage this important market in our plans to continue shaping the urban fabric of the UAE capital."
Among Yas Island's residential developments is Yas Acres, an AED 6 billion golf and waterfront development with 1,315 villas, whose residents will enjoy access to a golf course and club house, parks, schools and vibrant waterfront, when complete in 2019.
Meanwhile, also on Yas Island, Mayan is a luxury golf and waterfront development consisting of studios, 1, 2, 3, 4 bedroom apartments and beachfront villas with superb amenities set alongside the Yas Links Golf Club and the exclusive Yas beach on Yas Island.
Most recently, Aldar launched The Bridges, which features approximately 1,200 apartments, ranging from studio to 3 bedrooms, in a development that embodies the ideal balance between community and city living. Residents will enjoy stunning views of green parks and amenities, including two indoor ‘his and hers' gymnasiums; a spacious private courtyard with adult's and children's pools; and an outdoor fitness area. Construction is expected to commence in Q4 2017 and be ready for handover during Q1 2020.
RESTATEX starts at 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, until April 26, 2017.
