New Yas Acres homes to go on sale from Oct. 4

Aldar Properties PJSC, Abu Dhabi's leading listed property development, investment and management company, has announced that public sales for the third phase of Yas Acres, Aldar's AED 6 billion flagship golf and waterfront villa development on Yas Island, will commence on Oct. 4 at the Aldar Sales Centre on Yas Island.
This phase, consisting of 260 homes will include, for the first time, 2 bedroom townhouses alongside 3 bedroom townhouses and 3 and 4 bedroom duplexes. Prices for homes begin at AED2.3 million with sizes ranging from 200 sqm to 324 sqm. The homes released for sale are situated on the western side of Yas Acres, and enjoy close proximity to all of the amenities within the development. Aldar is offering attractive payment plans for purchasers, in particular its 30/70 plan, with 30% of the purchase price payable during construction (5% down payment), and 70% payable at handover.
Since launching at Cityscape in April this year, Yas Acres has proven that there is strong demand from buyers for high quality villas and townhouses in one of Abu Dhabi's most exciting and desirable locations – Yas Island. This positive response resulted in the second phase being launched in June and to date, 90% of the homes released to the market in Yas Acres have been purchased, with new customers making up the vast majority of buyers. Construction is targeted to commence before the end of this year, with the first handovers to be made during Q4 2019.
