The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) completed a two-day leadership and management workshop on Wednesday in Jeddah. The workshop was held in collaboration with the British Cultural Center and hosted by the Makkah Technical Council. A total of 40 male and female TVTC trainees attended the course. Ahmed Bin Jalalah, Vice Chairman of the TVTC, opened the workshop. The training was conducted by Dr. Lowell Williams, principal of Dudley College in Scotland, and his colleagues Dr. Hilary Jakovlevs, Director of Standards and Performance, and Robert Chapman, Director of Learning. Jalalah, in a speech, said it was important to develop administrators who can take up leadership positions. Khalid Hajjad, the Coordinator of Administrative Development at the training services unit of the council, said the workshop will help trainees develop communication, strategic thinking and other skills. __
