Once again the Iranian regime is attempting to involve the entire world in an endless cycle of concern, worry, danger and risk. The unwise political objectives and nuclear adventures of this regime seek to create conflict and promote civil disorder in Gulf region countries, which play a positive role in assuming their global responsibilities. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's announcement that Iran will not surrender to the language of power during nuclear negotiations with superpowers reveals the depth of the Iranian crisis and the double standard of the position of the Iranian regime on this issue. The United States and the European Union have imposed sanctions on Iran's central bank and oil exports over its controversial nuclear program, and recently a senior Iranian official warned that Tehran will not forgive Gulf Arab nations if they continue backing US “plots” against Iran. Not long ago, Tehran said it would resume talks with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to demonstrate conclusively that the Iranian nuclear project is peaceful. While the world still waits for proof of the peacefulness of this project, Iran continues to develop its nuclear capability and persists in employing the language of threats when addressing its neighbors in the region. However, the Iranian regime seems to be unaware of some important facts. The countries in the region will not stand idly by, watching and doing nothing about the threats emanating from Tehran. These nations will confront these threats and will deter Iran if it tries to use nuclear and military might. Gulf Cooperation Council countries have called on Iran to “stop interfering in the internal affairs” of their nations. The countries of the region have capabilities which should make Iran think twice before undertaking any risky, dangerous and ill
